  • biscuits - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • sour cream - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • honey - 12 tbsp, runny
  • vanilla - 2
  • gelatin - 1

  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)

How to make

Prepare the cream mixture by beating the sour cream with the honey. Add the vanillas. Dissolve the gelatin in a little water, let it set, then put it in a water bath to liquefy.

Finally, add the gelatin to the cream. In a cake form with removable sides, arrange a layer of biscuits. Then pour on the cream, place biscuits on top and continue in this order, finishing off with cream at the end.

If you have any biscuits left over, break them up into crumbs and sprinkle them on top of the cream. Leave the cake overnight in the fridge. The next day, carefully remove the ring.

Melt the dark chocolate, add the butter to it and decorate the cake with it.
