How to make
The room temperature butter is beaten along with the sugar.
The egg is added to them and beaten until homogeneous.
The flour and cocoa are sifted. They are added to the egg-butter mixture and a soft dough is kneaded.
Wrap in cling film and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
From the cooled dough, different types of chocolate cookies are formed.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes.
Once cooled, our festive chocolate biscuits are dipped in melted chocolate and rolled in crushed walnuts.
