How to make
Beat the eggs and sugar. Add the milk, oil and the flour which you've mixed with the baking powder, while stirring nonstop.
Once you get a homogeneous mixture, add 1 small tsp each of finely grated orange and lemon zest.
Pour in the orange juice and stir.
Set aside 1 cup of the mixture and stir the cocoa in it.
In a greased and sprinkled with cocoa form, pour in the white mixture and then the brown one.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) until dry on the inside.
