Ingredients

  • broccoli - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • carrots - 2
  • potatoes - 3 - 4
  • processed cheese - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • milk - 1 cup
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • oil - for smearing
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water for 10 min. Peel and wash the potatoes. Dice them. Peel the carrots as well and cut them into thick strips.

Beat the eggs with the milk, salt and black pepper. In a lightly oiled tray, put the potatoes, carrots and broccoli. Distribute the butter and processed cheese on top. Pour the mixture over them.

Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 30 min. Before you remove it from the oven, grate the cheese on top and bake until it melts.
