How to make
Stir the egg and salt in a deep bowl, then add the yoghurt, baking soda and dill and stir well once again.
After you've stirred, gradually add the flour and stir until you get a thick mixture (a little thicker than a cake mixture), add the feta cheese (crumbled), stir carefully - it`s now ready to fry.
Heat oil in a pan, scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and carefully pour them into the oil (to prevent the mixture from sticking to the spoon, dip it in the oil in the pan before each time you scoop).
After you've fried the fritters on one side, flip them over to the other (most of them flip over by themselves), and once they're ready, take them out onto paper towels.
Note: If you don't want your fritters to be that oily, you can add 1 tsp brandy or other type of alcohol to the mixture (before you add the flour).
