How to make
Lay out an oven dish with baking paper and smear it with oil. Fold the ends of a pancake in a little and stick them with a toothpick, to obtain a boat.
Do this for all of the pancakes. Arrange them in the oven dish. Put chopped pickles and strips of red peppers in each pancake boat.
Break an egg over each and bake in a preheated oven until you've cooked the egg to the desired readiness. When serving, garnish with finely chopped green onion stalks.
