How to make
Mix the minced meat with all the spices, a spoon of yoghurt and mustard and the lightly moistened and drained very well slice of bread. Divide the mince into 4 balls. Arrange them in a well-greased baking dish with a non-stick coating.
Make a nest in each ball that is deep enough to prevent the egg from running. Put the nests to bake in a heated to about 370°F (190 °C) oven until almost done. Remove the dish and break an egg into each nest. Salt lightly if desired or sprinkle each with a little crumbled feta cheese.
Return them to the oven until the eggs tighten. Serve each egg in a nest on a plate with a garnish of your choice.
