How to make
Put the mince in a bowl. Add the finely chopped onions, spices, bread slice (soaked in milk ahead of time) and egg. Knead well, cover with foil and leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Butter a suitable oven dish. Lay out the mince in it, while making slight indentations in the mince. Bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 35 min. or until reddened.
Take it out and break an egg over each indentation. Arrange the French fries on the sides (rolled in spices of your choice).
Return to the oven for 6-7 min. to crisp the eggs. Sprinkle with grated cheese and the cherry tomatoes. Return to the oven for the cheese to melt and for the cherry tomatoes to crisp.
