How to make
Boil the potatoes and peel them. Mash them and cut the onions finely. Leave the mixture to cool. Add one egg, the salt and savory. Knead.
Form the potato meatballs, dip them in beaten eggs and roll in the cornflakes. Braise in the heated oil until golden. Drain on paper towels.
Make the garlic sauce by mixing the mayonnaise and yoghurt and stirring until homogeneous. Add the pressed garlic.
Serve the potato meatballs with the garlic sauce.
