How to make

Put the cranberries and raisins in a bowl and cover them with water, leave them to soak and soften for several min.

Put the biscuits, walnuts and cocoa in a blender and blend them together. If you don't have a blender, crumble the biscuits finely.

Transfer the dry mixture to a bowl and add the milk, butter, the swiss roll that you've crumbled ahead of time and the honey.

Strain the cranberries and raisins. Clean the plums, chop them finely and add everything to the bowl. Stir everything with your hands, mashing all of the ingredients until you get a sticky dough.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for 30 min. for the mixture to harden a little.

For the chocolate ganache, put the confectionery cream in a pot on the stove. Take it off before it comes to a boil and put the crumbled chocolate in the hot cream. Leave it for a min., then stir until the chocolate melts and you get a homogeneous chocolate mixture.

Take the dough out of the fridge, rip a small part of it off and form a small ball. Repeat this process until you run out of dough. Once you make all the truffles, arrange them in a large suitable plate, then put them back in fridge for 30 min.

In another plate, put crunchy muesli and crumble it. You can use cornflakes if you like, as well as chocolate or sugar sprinkles.

Once cooled, dip the truffles in the chocolate ganache using a fork, then roll them in or sprinkle with the muesli.

Leave the chocolate truffles in a plate and put them in the fridge for several hours to harden.

In my case, I couldn't keep them from being eaten before they hardened. I strongly recommend them. :)
