How to make
Pour the oat bran, rye flour and ground walnuts in a deep container.
Make a well in it and pour the beaten eggs, sugar, yoghurt, coconut flakes and olive oil in it.
Stir everything and if the resulting mixture is too thick, add a little water.
Distribute the mixture into a floured and very lightly oiled oven dish. Bake until ready in a moderate oven.
