How to make
In a bowl, make a mixture of the vinegar, soy sauce, starch and honey. Stir everything well and leave it aside for later. Wash the vegetables and cut them into strips. Cut the chicken fillet into strips also.
Pour the olive oil into a wok and heat it to the max. Put in the chicken fillet and braise for 5 min. Add the onions and once they turn clear, add the strips of peppers, carrot, zucchini and mushrooms. Fry everything for about 10 min., stirring. Once the vegetables soften, throw in the finely chopped garlic and season with black pepper.
Stir and after 2 min. pour in the prepared mixture, a little bit at a time, while stirring, until fully absorbed.
Once the entire mixture has been poured in, leave the dish for another 1-2 min. on the stove and then turn it off. If desired, you can sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds at the end and serve with a garnish of boiled rice.
Also, instead of honey you can use a strawberry or blueberry jam. I tried it, the taste is remarkable.
