How to make
Cut the zucchini into pieces 1 1/4″ (3 cm) thick. Carve out the insides of each piece but be careful not to ruin their bottom.
Chop the insides finely. Braise the finely chopped onions in oil. Add the mince and braise until it whitens. Next come the diced mushrooms.
Add the insides of the zucchini and saute for about 20 min. Pour in the rice and stir with the remaining ingredients.
Stuff the zucchini pieces, arrange them in an oven dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Place in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 25-30 min.
