How to make
Carve out the insides of the cleaned zucchini after you cut off their tops. Blanch the carved out zucchini for 5 minutes in boiling water and rinse it under cold water. Chop the insides. Heat the oil in a pan on the stove and fry the chopped onions, then add a little chopped garlic and the insides of the zucchini.
Cut the bacon very finely and put it to fry. Instead of bacon, you can use mince if you prefer. Next, add the rice, stir briefly and add the very finely chopped tomatoes. Pour in a little water and leave it on the stove until the rice absorbs almost all the liquid.
Finally, flavor with the spices. Use this stuffing to completely fill the zucchini. Arrange them in greased tray with a little water. If you have filling left, distribute it in the tray.
Put the zucchini to bake in a pre-heated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready.
