Ingredients

  • green beans - 4 cups, frozen
  • potatoes - 3 - 4
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 1 clove, crushed
  • salt
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • tomato juice - 3 cups
  • eggs - 2
  • feta cheese - 1/2 cup
  • green onions - 2 chopped stalks
  • cheese - 1/2 cup

How to make

Boil the green beans. They must remain slightly crunchy. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and blanch them for 5 minutes in boiling water.

Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 °C). Preheat the oil and fry the minced meat, garlic and onion until golden. Stew.

Add the tomatoes, salt and oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Put the finished green beans at the bottom of an oven dish and mix it with the potatoes. Season it with spices and add the mince on top.

Combine the eggs, cheeses and green onions and pour them over the mince. Roast for 40 minutes.
