How to make
In a baking pan with two fingers of water, mash the minced meat until it crumbles.
Then add the finely chopped onions, carrots, peppers, garlic and tomatoes.
Let them simmer and add oil.
When they are fried, add the green beans and mix the moussaka mixture well.
Add enough water to cover the green beans and place the baking pan in a preheated oven at 430°F (220 degree).
Bake the healthy moussaka until the water evaporates.
Then make the topping of milk and eggs and bake the healthy moussaka with green beans until it is fully baked.
