How to make
Put 2 phyllo pastry sheets in a greased pan, have them spill out of the pan.
Mix the yoghurt with the baking soda, the eggs with a little water, a little oil (this mixture is for 4 servings). Stir everything well.
Put some of this mixture on the 2 phyllo pastry sheets, along with 3-4 tbsp crumbled feta cheese and 1-2 crumbled phyllo pastry sheets. Then repeat this process, with a little bit of the mixture at the very top and cover with the phyllo pastry sheets that spill out of the pan. Sprinkle a little oil and cover with a lid.
Fry on low heat for about 7-8 min. on one side and then flip over to crisp the other side.
