How to make
This amount of ingredients is for 2 servings of phyllo pastry. Before you put the pan on the stove (for convenience, while the pan is still cold), grease its bottom with oil and stack half the phyllo pastry sheets (usually 7).
Alternate between them and the mixture of other ingredients. The order is as follows: 3 phyllo pastry sheets, topping, 2 phyllo pastry sheets, topping again and end with the last 2 phyllo pastry sheets. It is best to have the first 3 phyllo pastry sheets stick out slightly from the pan, so that after you place the the final phyllo pastry sheet, the resulting pie can be wrapped to get a round shape (like a pancake).
Put the pastry on the heated stove (390°F (200 °C)) and cook until ready (about 7-8 minutes, or when you think it's ready). Flip it over.
