How to make
Put the oil to heat in a dry pan or pot. While it's heating up, prepare the dough. Put the yoghurt in a bowl and extinguish the baking soda in it, stir well and break the egg over it, add the salt and sugar, stir once again and gradually add the flour.
Once it becomes thick enough, stop stirring, begin kneading and add enough flour to get a soft dough.
Roll out the ready dough into a not-too-thin sheet, cut it into squares or rhombuses and put them in the heated oil.
Once braised on one side, flip them over, then once ready take them out with a slotted spoon.
There's no need to dry them with paper towels, the fritters won't be oily. You can serve them with something salty or sweet because the fritters have a neutral taste. I would recommended powdered sugar or feta cheese.
