How to make
Wash the pumpkin, cut it finely and saute until soft with the butter and milk. Then mash it into a smooth puree.
Mix the pumpkin puree with the previously beaten yolks with 2/3 of the sugar, ground walnuts, breadcrumbs and cinnamon. Finally, add the beaten to snow egg whites to the remaining sugar.
Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish and bake in a moderate oven until ready. Serve the tart with powdered sugar and serve.
