How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil, water and flour with baking powder to them. Finally, add the pumpkin, walnuts and cinnamon.
In a suitable cake tin (with a removable bottom), spread out the filo pastry sheets and spread them with butter.
Pour the mixture over them and sprinkle them with the crushed biscuits and walnuts.
Bake the tart at 360°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes. Leave it to cool and remove it from the cake tin.
