  • peaches - 4
  • starch - 1.5 tbsp.
  • almonds - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • lemon peel - 1 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • egg yolks - 1

How to make

To prepare this peach dessert, you need to mix the flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.

Add the cubed butter and rub with your hands until crumbs are obtained.

Add the sour cream, shape the dough into a ball and store it in the refrigerator.

Cut the peaches into slices, add 2 tbsp. sugar, starch and lemon peel and mix gently.

Grind or finely chop the almonds.

Roll out the dough on baking paper into a circle, spread the peaches, sprinkle with the almonds and tuck the edges inward.

Spread the dough with the yolk and bake the fruit tart in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 25 minutes.

Take it out, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave the peach tart to cool.
