How to make
Beat the eggs and sugar. Put the baking soda in the milk and stir until it bubbles. Add the eggs, oil, cinnamon, and walnuts. While stirring constantly, add the flour until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Wash the apples and grate them. Squeeze them with your hands to release the juice that you can then drink. :)
Put half of the dough in a buttered baking dish. Arrange the apples on the dough and add the rest of the dough.
Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for 20-odd minutes. When ready, remove and sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
