Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • bacon - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • oregano
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • nutmeg
  • parsley
  • flour - for rolling in
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them with a press. Add the chopped bacon, egg and spices. Knead everything well.

With slightly moistened hands, form balls, roll them in flour. Fry in moderately heated oil until they get a golden crust.
