Ingredients

  • bighead carp - 1
  • corn flour - 4 tablespoons
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1/5 cup (60 ml)

How to make

Wash and clean the fish of its head, tail, fins and scales. Carefully separate the fillets, starting from the outside of the fish and remove the spine.

Cut the fillets into medium-sized pieces. Mix the corn flour with the salt in a plate and dip the fish in it.

Gently shake off the excess flour and fry in heated oil on both sides.
