How to make
Split the chicken meat in 2, but not all the way through. The idea is to thin out the fillets. Then sprinkle generously with salt and pepper and set aside.
In a deep pot, crack the egg and pour in the milk. In another dish, place the cornflakes and in a third - the flour. Roll the fillets in the flour, then dip them into the milk mixture, and finally pour cornflakes on top of them.
Arrange the crumbed fillets on baking paper in an oven dish. Add salt and bake for about 20 minutes at 390°F (200 °C). Serve the fillets with garlic yoghurt sauce.
