Ingredients

  • rice - 1 1/5 cups (300 g), long grain
  • peppers - 1 small red + 1 small green
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • onions - 1/2 small head
  • mushrooms - 2 oz (50 g)
  • peas - 1/5 cup (60 g) frozen
  • tomatoes - 5.5 oz (150 g) chopped
  • vegetable broth - 1 2/5 cups (350 ml)
  • saffron - 1 pinch

How to make

Pour the olive oil into the multicooker. Choose the frying setting and set it to 10 min. Pour in the chopped peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions.

Stir from time to time so they don't burn. Add the rice, then the broth, peas and saffron in a little bit.

Season with salt and spices to taste. Choose the rice setting and press start.
