Ingredients

  • soy bites - 1 cup
  • sauerkraut - 28 oz (800 g)
  • leeks - 2 bunches
  • olive oil
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • cumin
  • curry
  • salt

How to make

Pour water over the soy bites, as written on the package directions.

Once they swell enough, drain them from the water and braise them in a little olive oil with the listed spices.

Chop the leeks and saute them in a pot with oil. Chop the sauerkraut and add it to the leeks.
