Ingredients

  • onions - 1 head
  • coconuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • cream - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • mushrooms - 8 oz (225 g)
  • apples - 1
  • curry - 2 tbsp, paste
  • ginger - 2 tsp
  • turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • chicken broth - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Braise the onions in a little olive oil. Add the garlic, mushrooms, apple, curry, ginger, turmeric, broth and coconut.

Bring the mixture to a boil and saute 10-15 min.

Add the lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper.

Pour in the cream and heat slightly.
