  • rice flour - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • yoghurt - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to make

Pour the flour into a deep bowl and make a well in the middle. Put the egg, yoghurt in which you've mixed the baking soda, the vinegar and salt in the well.

Stir the dough with a spoon until homogenous. You will get a very soft dough, leave it aside for 20 min.

With oiled hands, form 4 small pitas, arrange them in an oven dish with baking paper.

Bake the rice pitas about 25 min. in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven with the fan on.
