How to make
Peel the tomatoes and chop the onions finely. Peel the apples, clean them, chop them finely and put them to saute in a little water until softened.
Add the onions, raisins and tomatoes to the container with the apples and leave the chutney to saute for about an hour on low heat. Season with the spices, stir well and remove from the fire.
Pour thus prepared chutney into jars, seal and sterilize them for 15 min.
