How to make
Mix the cocoa with 2/3 cup coconut milk and the vanilla. In a bowl mix the sugar, starch and salt.
Add the remaining coconut milk and heat the mixture on a medium stove until almost boiling. While stirring nonstop, let it sit on minimum heat for 3 min.
Pour it into the mixture with the cocoa, stir and let it cool.
Pour into a plastic container and leave it in the fridge for 4 hours, stirring with a whisk every hour.
