How to make
Chop the onions finely. Melt the butter, add the ketchup, soya sauce, balsamic vinegar, chopped onions and chili sauce.
Heat on low heat for 5 min. Add the cognac and heat the mixture for another 5 min. on low heat.
Add in the shrimp, stir with the sauce and saute with a cover on for 5 min. Serve this appetizer hot or cold.
