  • dough - 8 oz (220 g), ready - made
  • eggs - 1
  • milk - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • bacon - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g), grated
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

Heat the oil and braise the diced bacon until golden. Add the finely chopped onion and braise until it softens.

Whip the egg and add it to the milk in a thin trickle, then salt and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Pour the resulting mixture over the onion and bacon and bring to a boil.

Once it starts boiling, remove from the stove and add the grated cheese.

Let the mixture cool, lay out the dough in a small buttered tray in the meantime.

Pour the onion mixture on top and bake the dish for 30 min. in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven.
