How to make
Wash the zucchini and cut them into round slices, salt and drain them. Saute them until softened with a little oil.
Beat the cream, flour and eggs. Mix them with the zucchini. Smear a tray with oil and lay out half the mixture.
Put the strips of bacon on top. Sprinkle with the cheese and cover with the remaining half of the mixture. Sprinkle with melted butter and breadcrumbs at the very top. Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 min.
