"We`ve all heard of mac and cheese but the tastiest macaroni we`ve ever had had bacon."

Ingredients

  • bacon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • milk - 1 cup
  • macaroni - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 1/2 packet
  • eggs - 2
  • black pepper
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt

How to make

Boil the bacon in salted water for 20 min. Boil the macaroni and drain them.

Beat the eggs with the milk, then melt the butter. Cut the bacon into bites and combine it with the macaroni.

Pour the butter on top and season with black pepper. Distribute the mixture into a buttered tray and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Bake for 15 min. in a moderate oven. Pour on the beaten eggs and bake until golden.
