How to make
Boil the macaroni in salted water. When they are ready, pour them into a large strainer or colander, cover them with cold water and leave them to drain.
Clean the red pepper from the stem and seeds. Cut it into pieces. Put it in a pan or pot and pour oil or olive oil (3 tbsp.) and warm water (1/2 cup). Sprinkle the spices, curry and as much salt and black pepper as you like.
Leave them to stew to soften. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise (1-2 tbsp.), milk (1/2 cup) and grated yellow cheese (3 tbsp.).
Add the cooked macaroni to the softened peppers, mix and pour the mixture of mayonnaise, milk and yellow cheese.
Cook, until the sauce thickens, sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
The macaroni with delicious sauce are ready.
