Ingredients

  • For the Base
  • zucchini - 2 pcs. /500 g/
  • cheddar - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • salt
  • For the Avocado Mayonnaise
  • avocado - 1 large /150 g/
  • cream cheese - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - to taste
  • smoked bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g) in slices

How to make

The zucchini are grated, salted and left for a short time.

Then they are strained. Cheddar and beaten eggs are added to them. Stir with a spatula or spoon.
