How to make
The zucchini are grated, salted and left for a short time.
Then they are strained. Cheddar and beaten eggs are added to them. Stir with a spatula or spoon.
The mixture is poured into a tray covered with baking paper. Bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes. Judge according to your oven.
Once removed, the zucchini base is left to cool.
During this time, make the avocado mayonnaise. All ingredients are mixed and blended.
Spread mayonnaise on the base. I didn't use all the mayonnaise for our savory roll, I had some left. Place the bacon on top.
Roll it up and put the zucchini roll in the fridge.
