  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.

  • cream cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • ham - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • tomatoes (optional)
  • yellow cheese - about 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Grate the zucchini, season them with salt and leave them to drain.

Squeeze them, if necessary. Add the eggs and spices and spread them out onto baking paper in a rectangular mold.

Bake them at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes, until they aquire a golden color.

When the zucchini base is ready, spread cream cheese and arrange ham or whatever you want on top.

Using paper, wrap the zucchini into a roll.

Grate yellow cheese on top and briefly bake the zucchini roll.
