How to make

The washed zucchini are cut lengthwise into 0.4″ (1 cm) strips from the zucchini stalk, to create a fan shape. Arrange them in a greased baking pan and season them lightly with salt, black pepper and dill.

The tomatoes are cut into thin circles, the white cheese into rectangular slices and the bacon is also cut into rectangles.

In each cut place two or three pieces of bacon, a slice of tomato and a slice of white cheese. The peeled garlic cloves are cut into thin slices and arranged in the slices of zucchini.

Pour them with oil and roast them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 50 minutes.

Take them out and sprinkle them with grated yellow cheese.

Place them back into the oven to roast for 5-10 minutes.

Serve them with a sprig of parsley.

Enjoy this delicious dish!
