How to make
Grate the zucchini and leave it, salted, for 10-15 min. to release its juice.
Squeeze well and add the beaten eggs, mustard, salt, black pepper, cheese, garlic and dill to it.
Stir the mixture well and transfer it to an oven dish laid out with baking paper (you can oil it on top as well so the eggs don't stick). Bake at the lowest element in the oven until the layer is visibly ready and obtains a nice golden crisp.
Remove from the oven, remove the baking paper carefully, smear the entire layer with chutney or cream cheese (the stuffing is of your choice; you can use mushrooms, olives, smoked meat or whatever you like).
Arrange the mozzarella and roll up the roll carefully. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and finish baking another 4-5 min.
