How to make
Roast the peppers in a pepper roaster or grill, smother them in a plastic bag and then peel them.
Carefully remove the seeds and stems and arrange them in a serving plate.
Sprinkle with olive oil and crushed garlic on top, sprinkle generously with crushed walnuts and a little fresh parsley.
Put them for 15 min. in the fridge and then serve.
