How to make
Make a marinade from the beer, black pepper, paprika, honey and salt. Put the steaks to marinade in it for 2-3 hours.
Then discard the marinade and put the oil and garlic (with the cloves cut in half) in a ribbed skillet. When the oil heats up, lower the heat and put the steaks in. Once ready, place them in a pot so that they remain juicy if you don't intend to eat them right away.
Peel the potatoes. Cut them coarsely along with the mushrooms. Put them in a tray along with the butter, curry, rosemary, cumin and salt to taste. Cook at 360°F (180 °C) for 25-30 min. and stir after 10 min. into it. You can use a mayonnaise for sauce.
