Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 7 oz (200 g)
  • ham - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cherry tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g)
  • onions - 4 bunches fresh + 1 head
  • mayonnaise - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • mustard - 2 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tbsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp

How to make

Boil the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package directions.

Then drain it and mix it with the finely chopped fresh onions, the onion head that's been cut into thin round slices, the cut into strips ham and halved cherry tomatoes.

Salt everything, stir and distribute into plates. Pour on the sauce, made beforehand by whipping the mayonnaise, mustard, paprika and black pepper.

If desired, garnish the salad with basil.
