How to make
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Use a knife to clean the middle part.
Put the cream cheese in a bowl. Finely chop the ham. Mix the ham with the cream cheese. Stir well.
Fill the tomatoes with the mixture. Arrange them in a baking tray. Sprinkle each tomato with yellow cheese and a little olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 degrees) and bake them for 15 minutes. Take them out and serve them in a suitable dish.
The stuffed tomatoes can be served both hot and cold.
