How to make
Tenderize the pork steaks lightly with salt and black pepper.
Beat the honey, white wine, balsamic vinegar and oil well and pour this marinade over the steaks. Leave them to sit covered in a cool area for several hours or overnight.
Then grease a grill pan well, drain the steaks of excess liquid and brown them on the pan on both sides, until well crisped.
Then arrange them in a tray, pour on the marinade and bake finished in the oven.
