  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • pepper puree - 1 - 1/2 tbsp.
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • thyme - 1 tsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • cumin - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste

How to make

In a bowl, add the marinade products in order and the garlic needs to be cut into circles. Stir and set it aside.
