Ingredients

  • walnuts - 4/5 cup (200 g), ground
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • eggs - 2
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup (250 g)
  • milk - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • flour - 2 cups (500 g)
  • vanilla - 2 packets
  • marmalade - for sticking the cookies together

How to make

Knead a dough from the oil, eggs, sugar, walnuts, milk and flour (flavored with the vanilla in advance).

Roll it out into a sheet about 3/32 (3 mm) thick.

Use a glass to cut out circles and place them in a buttered and floured tray.

Bake the cookies in a preheated 360°F (180°C) oven. Let them cool and then stick them together in pairs with the marmalade.
