How to make
Take out the products about an hour in advance and leave them at room temperature. The lard can be replaced with butter, if you like.
Mix the soft lard with the powdered sugar and mix well until a thick cream forms.
Add the vanilla and lemon sugar as well as the egg. Stir to obtain a smooth mixture. Finally add the flour and mix well again.
Fill the spritz cookie press with the resulting butter dough and insert the disk of your choice.
Press the cookies out into a tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the spritz cookies in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 360°F (180 °C) or until they start to brown slightly. Once they cool down, store them in a food container.
