How to make
Beat the egg, softened butter and sugar. Add the vanilla ampoule together with the split and scraped vanilla pod.
Gradually knead a smooth dough. Roll out a crust with a thickness of 1/4 (6-7 mm). You can cut it into rectangles that are slightly curled or simply shape it into balls.
Arrange the cookies in an oven dish covered with baking paper. Put them to bake in a moderate oven until warmed and lightly tanned. They get baked very quickly, so be careful not to burn them.
When ready, roll them in powdered sugar, mixed with the vanilla sugar.
